1. The hot air crosses the material from bottom to top and from top to bottom, increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air, improving the drying speed, and ensuring uniform drying of the material from top to bottom.
2. The biggest advantage of using this structure next to the heater with the machine is that:
A. The drying air temperature is easy to control, which is extremely important for drying different types of materials;
B. The air temperature throughout the box is relatively uniform to avoid the phenomenon of local high temperature;
C. The heater is easy to maintain;
D. Install a dust blocking filter screen on the inlet side of the heating heater and clean it regularly to prevent impurities carried by the circulating hot air from entering the heater, causing combustion pollution, etc;
3. The dehumidification pipeline is set at the location with the highest humidity of the hot air to achieve the best dehumidification effect, reduce heat loss, and improve system thermal efficiency.
4. The entire interior of the equipment is fully welded, ensuring that there is no air leakage between the machine and the outside during operation, and ensuring easy cleaning of the equipment and no water leakage in the insulation layer, ensuring the cleanliness of the dried items every time.

8. There are a total of 5 drying units in this unit, and the hot air in each unit circulates from bottom to top. The temperature is highest at the bottom and lowest at the top. The dehumidification is arranged on the top layer with the lowest temperature and highest humidity, which is conducive to energy conservation. The temperature can be independently and automatically controlled through a thermal resistor, and both have digital displays, greatly improving the operability of the equipment.
